A bidder is required to provide government issued picture ID and have a signed Buyers Terms and Conditions form (see below) on file.
Vehicle previews and key check-out are permitted 9-5:00pm the Friday before the auction. If a bidder cannot attend in person, they may bid through simulcast via Proxibid. You must register with Proxibid to use their service.
If a buyer wishes to see a vehicle, but is unable to visit HammerDown Auctions in person, they may utilizeWeGoLook. WeGoLook is a 3rd party company not associated with HammerDown Auctions.
Titles are not given on auction day. The seller has up to 30 days to provide a title, in accordance to Nebraska state law. A HammerDown staff member will call the buyer when a title is ready. All titles must be picked up in person at HammerDown Auctions. ID may be required.
HammerDown Auctions accepts cash, cashier's checks, wire transfers and credit cards. Credit card transactions can be made for the deposit amount only and carry a minimum of $5 or 5% surcharge.
Please be aware that if YOU BID, YOU BUY, YOU PAY. If you do not intend on paying for a vehicle, please, DO NOT BID.
